Return Policy

Custom Poker Supplies

Custom poker supplies are unable to be returned for a refund.  We will do everything in our power to make the custom supplies correct but once artwork is approved, no returns will be accepted and no refunds given.

Card Protectors - if you do not like the image or the image fails and comes off, cardtrojan.com will replace the image free of charge but buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping fee.  Cardtrojan.com will return the "fixed" item free of charge.

Poker Tables - There will be no refund on custom poker tables. (see below for acceptance of freight shipments)

Custom Inlay Chips - There will be no refund or returns on inlay chips once artwork is approved.

Custom Ceramic chips - Ceramic chips can sometimes be tricky and don't always come out perfect.  Every attempt will be made to rectify the situation, within reason, to provide you with a chip representative of the artwork.  No refunds will be given on ceramic chips.

All other custom supplies are unable to be returned or refunded

Any non-custom supplies may be returned if Cardtrojan.com is notified within 7 days of the defect.

Closeout items are unable to be returned.

If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned.

We cannot accept opened DVD's, Copag or KEM cards. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded.

If you receive defective merchandise, it can only be exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value.

If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.

If a product arrives damaged, cardtrojan.com must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out.

 

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:

All Freight orders must be inspected BEFORE the END USER accepts the shipment. If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then cardtrojan.com is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

 

REFUNDS:

Refunds of any kind will only be issued to you in the same manner of payment of which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with PayPal then it will be refunded to that same PayPal account.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact our office for any questions you may have. Cardtrojan.com reserves the right to change this policy at any time.
